Jewelers use Wax Melting Pots for spruing or small amounts of wax for model-making in this one-pint pot. The lid retains heat in the pot and prevents contamination of the wax when not in use. Use the heated, tapered lip on the pot to taper sprue ends for treeing and for creating the proper angle on pattern sprue before applying wax. Dial temperature regulation.
