The Presidium® Computer Gauge is a high-precision tool for jewelers, offering accurate weight estimation and gemstone identification. It provides direct carat conversion for round brilliant cut diamonds and features a hardened platform with 0.01mm resolution. The gauge connects to a PC via USB, includes a CD-ROM with data on 133 gemstones, and has an S.G. Dictionary for easy specific gravity retrieval. It also identifies unknown gemstones by inputting measurements and weight. The device shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity and comes with a two-year warranty.
