Before I go into the main review, I want to be clear this mill may be returned because it was incorrectly advertised--it was advertised as having 7 square wire slots, but only has 6, with a full 1mm jump between two of them making rolling tapers impossible.
This rolling mill is as expected, sort of a middle of the road mill. I have used the cheap low end ones and I own a Durston. This mill, though actually having a larger working area than my Durston, has a MUCH smaller frame thickness. It operates smoothly, has much nicer made rollers and gears than the low end mills, but if you are a strong person that aggressively needs to use a mill, this one is not for you.
It is not a bad mill, I'm optimistic that either Pepe or the Jewelers Toy Store will address the issue with being shipped the wrong rollers--if neither company does than I would be wary based on post purchase customer service issues (i'll edit this review once this issue is resolved).
