High quality, sturdy, one piece frame construction. All steel gear driven rolls can be aligned, raised and lowered. Alloy steel rolls run in lubricated ball bearings. Hardened to 62-64 Hrc and surface finished to less than 0.1 um. Calibrated dial indicates reduction in the sheet size. Rolling mills make it possible to use a variety of sheet metal gauges without having to keep a large inventory of sheet stock on hand.
